Conditions for obtaining permanent residence in Turkey

2) The marriage contract is translated and certified by a notary public. If the spouses are separated, consent must be obtained from the mother or father for children under 18 years of age, as the document allows the other party to complete the procedures and apply for Turkish citizenship.
3) Extract a power of attorney for a lawyer or real estate agent for obtaining Turkish citizenship, in order to complete the papers and submit the application to the Public Registry Department in Turkey.

5) Two recent personal photos for each family member.

• Official documents that prove the financial solvency of the applicant for Turkish citizenship, such as a detailed bank statement in the name of the person concerned showing his good financial situation, or proofs that the person owns a commercial or industrial project in his name.
