Syrians holding European or other nationalities:
A Syrian who has a nationality other than Syria, whatever it is, cannot own a property in Turkey, because Turkish law prohibits the ownership of real estate for multinationals in the event that they obtain a nationality that is not allowed to own property in Turkey.
Those born in Syria and do not hold Syrian citizenship:
Anyone who was born in Syria and is registered as having been born there must show proof that he did not obtain Syrian citizenship in order to be able to own a property in Turkey without any problem.
