Turkish law allows the Syrian who is on its territory to buy a property in Turkey by establishing a company with a legal personality. The property is owned by the company and registered in its name, and this property is disposed of in the field of activity of the company for which it was established, and under the purchase of this property by establishing the company, the Syrian can obtain a work permit that will be valid for a period of one year, renewable for the duration of the company’s work. The Turkish law also provided an opportunity for the Syrian to buy the property in the name of the company in installments for a period not exceeding ten years, after which the ownership of the property is transferred to the company and the title deed of the property was received, of course With the obligation to pay the fees and taxes resulting from the establishment of the company

Syrians holding Turkish citizenship:

Syrians who have Turkish citizenship are allowed to own real estate and are treated as a Turkish citizen like other foreigners who have obtained Turkish citizenship, and it does not matter what original nationality they hold.


Syrians holding European or other nationalities:

A Syrian who has a nationality other than Syria, whatever it is, cannot own a property in Turkey, because Turkish law prohibits the ownership of real estate for multinationals in the event that they obtain a nationality that is not allowed to own property in Turkey.


Those born in Syria and do not hold Syrian citizenship:

Anyone who was born in Syria and is registered as having been born there must show proof that he did not obtain Syrian citizenship in order to be able to own a property in Turkey without any problem.


Multinational Syrians who own real estate in Turkey:

Multi-national Syrians who own real estate in Turkey will be treated according to their new nationalities, according to the new nationality, for those who own a property before the issuance of the last amendments, and they will not have any problem, but if they sell the property registered in their name on the second citizenship, they will not be able to buy a new property again.


Syrian heirs who do not have Turkish citizenship:

12 - Attached to the primary contract is the title deed of the real estate and is in the name of the owner who signed the contract or his official representative.

13 - In addition to a copy of the project’s building permit, two personal photos of the buyer, a translated and certified copy of the buyer’s passport, and a copy of the seller’s identity card. Part of the property value is paid as a deposit to reserve the property.
14 - The title deed and the key are duly delivered after signing the contract in the presence of the real estate consultant from the real estate company if it is the mediator, and the rest of the property value has been transferred or delivered, and thus the Syrian dream of buying a property in Turkey has been fulfilled.
